Upon your arrival, please read carefully below rules and regulations

1. To book a tour

Please reserve the tour at least 30 days (including weekend) prior to your desired departure. Please feel in the form below your desired tour itinerary. If you are a group (more than 2 persons), please book as lead booking name and inform us the number of people. Any persons who are under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

2. Payment

Deposit: 10% at the time of booking. 

Down Payment: Down payment must be completed at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date in Mongolia.

3. Guarantees

We have taken all reasonable care to make sure that all the services which make up the TabiStation LLC advertised by us are provided by an efficient and reputable business. These businesses should follow the local and national laws and regulations of Mongolia. However, you should be aware that some standards in Mongolia are generally lower than in EU countries.

4. Cancellations and Refunds 

If you want to cancel your booking or part of it, you must advise us in writing by e-mail: jtabistation@gmail.com.The letter must be signed by the lead name on the booking and once we receive it you should expect to receive a cancellation letter within 24 hours. If you do not then please contact us to ensure your letter has been received. To cover the cost of processing your cancellation and to compensate us for the risk that we may not be able to resell your travel arrangements, we make a cancellation charge on the scale shown below. The person who made the booking is responsible for paying this charge. The size of the charge depends on when we receive your cancellation notice or letter or how you would like us to deal with your payment providing that we have received your full payment for the tours.

No Cancellation Fees If we have received your full payment on condition that we keep and transfer the full payment to cover the cost of your future booking with us for TabiStation LLC within 12 months. If your future booking in our updated costs would cause a reduction against your full payment, we will not make any refunds. The change or delay of booking would be charged at 30 E as a service fee, besides of above-mentioned charges. Their duty and taken the necessary care.

5. If we cancel your reservation

We aim to provide your tours as booked. But we reserve the right to cancel your reservation if we have reasons to believe that your payment condition, health conditions may affect us to carry out the tour arrangements. We will remind you automatically and continuously about the payment status for the reserved tours by e-mails or fax. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or loss caused by the cancellation.
If we cancel your reservation after receipt of your full payment, we will refund the full payment received by TabiStation LLC within 7 days. Please kindly understand that your co-operation for punctual payment will not only protect your reservation and ticket but help us to serve you and more people efficiently and smoothly.

6. If we change your tour itinerary

We hope that we will not have to make any changes to your tour itinerary, but because our tours are planned many months in advance and we sometimes do need to make changes based on the local situation. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary of your tour if air schedule or surface transportation changes, and/or events beyond our control make such alterations necessary.
If you have already booked with a confirmation letter from us, we will let you know as soon as possible. We may offer you hotel/flight/sightseeing program alternatives in the same or higher standard if the original service is not available. The confirmed flight/train timings with other details will be advised by e-mail 14 days before your arrival in Mongolia. You will get all air/train ticket from your tour guide or local agent after your arrival in Mongolia, which you should check carefully as soon as you receive it.

7. Important note-events beyond our control

Events beyond our control include: war, threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics, health risks, technical problems with transport including changes due to rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline or alteration of the airline or aircraft type for reasons beyond our control or that of our suppliers; closed or congested airports or ports, hurricanes and other actual or potential severe weather conditions, and any other similar events.

8. Complaints and claims

If you have a complaint about your arrangements during the trip, you must immediately notify the supplier of the service in question locally. If they are unable to resolve the problem immediately, you should contact us straight away by telephone/fax/email and we will endeavor to assist. Please write your holiday reference number on your letter, and include your daytime and evening telephone numbers. If you do not give us the opportunity to resolve any problem locally by reporting it to the supplier, then we may not be able to deal positively with any complaint on your return. The maximum period of the claim settlement is 2 years

9. Our responsibility

We will arrange for you to receive the services that you choose and that we confirm. These services will be provided either directly by us or through independent suppliers contracted by us. We are responsible for making sure that each part of the tour you book with us is provided to a reasonable standard and as was advertised by us, or as changed and accepted by you. If any part of your tour is not provided as described and this spoils your holiday, we will pay you appropriate compensation (see the “Important note-events beyond our control”). Also, if you buy a local excursion or tour through one of our official representative or branch office, we will pay you appropriate compensation if it is not as advertised in our literature.

The responsibility of TabiStation LLC and its affiliated companies are strictly limited. We shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or failure to act of any suppliers such as those of surface, air, and water transportation, sightseeing excursions, cruise/hotel accommodations, or of any third party not directly owned or operated by us. By utilizing the travel services of the suppliers, you agree that you will look to such suppliers for any accident, injury, property damage, or personal loss to you or to those traveling with you and that TabiStation LLC shall not be liable.

Without limitation, we are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay, or inconvenience in connection with the provision of, or failure to provide, any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from-but not limited to acts of God or force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes of other means of transportation or for the failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time, sanitation problems, lack of medical care, or for any other cause beyond our direct control. We are not responsible for the stolen and loss of your valuable items due to your own negligence.

We are not responsible for your failure to comply with customs regulations. We reserve the right to substitute hotels of similar quality at any time or to make changes in itinerary of similar quality, flights, or cruise ships, or to cancel the tour prior to departure. If we have canceled any tour after receiving your full payment, we are liable for a full refund of the money received within 14 days.

If you purchase an airline ticket separately, ensure that you understand well the conditions under which the ticket is issued as we are not responsible for such airline ticket cancellation fees.

We reserve the right to correct promotional or pricing errors at any time, or to increase the program price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, cruise fares, currency fluctuations, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges before Confirmation Letter is issued.

Please understand that not all museums and attractions are open every day of the year. We reserve the right to vary the sequence of sightseeing and/or to re-route the order of cities if that will enable you to visit all listed excursions. In either case, the itinerary content will be maintained to the extent possible and there are no refunds for any unused or unavailable excursions.

Many of TabiStation LLC operated tours include activities that require careful attention. Such activities include horse or camelback excursions, boarding on boats, climbing hills and entering and exiting caves etc. You will receive help and advice from our official representatives but all activities are undertaken at your own risk. TabiStation LLC, its employees, and agents cannot be responsible for any action or event that occurs after its employees and agents have exercised

10. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is indispensable for you while staying and traveling in Mongolia and we highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin for your full benefits and travel protections. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage to persons or property when you stay in the hotels. We may decline or cancel the hotel reservation if you do not have any travel insurance from your country of origin. Please consult the licensed and professional insurance company in your country of origin before your departure for Mongolia for your own benefits and protection.

11. Medical Issues

You must advise us in writing, at or prior to booking, of any physical, emotional or mental condition which may require professional attention during the trip or may require the use of special equipment. If you require a wheelchair, you must provide your own small, collapsible wheelchair. Certain features and certain trips are not wheelchair-accessible. We cannot guarantee any wheelchair assistance or accessibility in international destinations. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any trip participant’s reservation whose condition, in our opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of you and other participants.

We cannot accommodate women past their sixth month of pregnancy. If you have a condition as contemplated herein, you travel at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, damages you may suffer relating to such as condition, including without limitation loss of special equipment, lack of assistance with or accommodation of special needs, and unavailability of medical assistance or treatment.

You should take into account all international travel risks and familiarize yourselves with health requirements applicable to the areas you intend to visit. You are solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in the destinations you are going to visit or transit.

We are not responsible for the costs of any medical treatment you may require during the trip. Under no circumstances is TabiStation LLC responsible for the quality of medical care, or lack thereof, you may receive while on the trip

12. Travel Document

A valid passport and necessary visas or permits are required for you traveling on our programs. All such documentation is the sole responsibility of yours, though your travel consultant may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon your request. We accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for your failure to obtain appropriate documentation.

13. Communications
